What is eWaste?
eWaste (electronic waste) includes computers, entertainment electronics, mobile phones and other items that are no longer wanted by their owner. Most US States have laws that prohibit disposal of electronics with regular household trash and require recycling.
Conventional recycling is a costly process that destroys these materials for use in the manufacture of new goods. Although better for the environment than going to the dump, it is a very wasteful process because it does REUSE anything for it's original purpose.
